After several calls to different specialists whose contacts she was confidently keeping in her contact list, she realised she was completely alone in this bureaucratic labyrinth of mental health care system.

Having worked as a psychologist for more than 20 years was completely confused and lost when discovered her son in law in severe mental condition. It took her a while, before convincing him to get medical help, but once she managed, things became even more complicated.

5 years ago, her friend moved to Berlin, unexpectedly one day she decided to come back and asked Natia to meet her at the airport. She seemed exhausted and confused at first sight. Soon Natia realised that her friend was completely changed, she was ill and nobody was keen to take care of her, including her family members and relatives. Natia had to take this responsibility even though soon she understood that something more was needed than just a friendly support. At some point she became very uncertain about the decision she made.
